Background: I just completed a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the American College of Education and have a Bachelor of Science in Child Development & Child Care from the University of Pittsburgh.
Experience: I have over 30 years of experience in various positions within the early childhood education field. Much of my professional career has been spent with Head Start and STAR 4 child care programs, where I started as a classroom teacher. I gradually progressed to leadership positions, taking on roles such as site manager, associate director, and director. In 2014, I joined the Program Quality Assessment team as a Program Quality Assessor and transitioned to my current role as Program Quality Assessment Supervisor in 2017.
Fun Facts: I enjoy DIY projects, camping, and spending time with my family.
